Returns & Refunds Policy

At Paintvine, we carefully plan each event based on confirmed bookings, including venue reservations, artist scheduling and materials. For this reason, all ticket sales are final.

Public Event Tickets

• All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• Once a booking has been completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Guests who do not attend their booked event (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund, credit or rescheduled session.
• Please check all booking details carefully before completing your purchase.

Event Cancellations by Paintvine

If Paintvine is required to cancel an event, you will be offered either:

• A transfer to another available event; or
• A full refund of the ticket price paid.

Venue Changes

Occasionally, we may need to change the venue or make minor adjustments to an event. Where possible, we will provide advance notice. Such changes do not entitle guests to a refund.

Weather

Paintvine events operate as normal during Yellow and Amber weather warnings.

If a Red weather warning is issued for the event location and the event cannot safely proceed, we will contact affected guests with the available options, which may include a transfer or refund where appropriate.

Private Events

Private event deposits and payments are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms set out in your booking agreement or quotation. Please refer to your confirmation email for the terms applicable to your booking.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
