Once you’re ready to book, please confirm a date and time that works for your group, along with guest numbers so we can prepare the right amount of materials. Your event can be hosted at a location of your choice or at one of our partner venues. On the day, simply arrive at the agreed time and place - we’ll take care of the rest.
You can choose from our full Paintvine painting library, which is regularly updated and includes a range of seasonal themes to suit all types of events. If you have something more specific in mind, we can arrange a custom painting design. Additional fees apply for custom designs.You can choose to paint one of our featured and most popular paintings created by our one of our experienced artists. Alternatively, if you have something specific you would like to paint we can get it approved by the artist a week before the event so that they can practice teaching the specific painting you would like to use. Additional fees apply.
Yes - Paintvine can create a bespoke painting tailored to your brand, campaign, or company goals. This can include your product, brand colours, key messaging, or a theme that reflects your team or event. If you’d like a custom design, please let us know at least one week before your event so our artists have time to prepare. Additional design fees apply, which we’ll always confirm with you in advance.
Private Paintvine events start at £32 + VAT per person. To secure your booking, we ask for a deposit equivalent to 13 guests (our minimum event fee). For larger groups, final numbers can be confirmed two weeks before the event, and the remaining balance is adjusted and paid then.
A corporate paint and sip event is a relaxed team-building activity where colleagues create their own paintings while enjoying drinks and socialising. A Paintvine artist guides the group step by step, so no previous painting experience is needed.
Yes. A Paintvine Paint and sip event encourages creativity, conversation and connection without being competitive or physically demanding. It is an inclusive alternative to traditional office socials and works well for team away days, employee celebrations and corporate Christmas parties.
No. Paintvine’s corporate events are designed for complete beginners. An experienced artist demonstrates each stage of the painting and supports guests throughout the session, while giving everyone the freedom to personalise their finished artwork.
Paintvine provides the artist, canvases, easels, paints, brushes, aprons and other materials needed for the activity. The event also includes setup, step-by-step painting instruction and clearing away the art materials afterwards.
A typical Paintvine corporate paint and sip event lasts approximately two hours. Some additional time may be required before and after the session so the team can set up and clear away the painting materials.
Private Paintvine events have a minimum booking of 13 guests. Events can also be organised for much larger company groups, with the final capacity depending on the venue, location and event format. Paintvine has hosted events with over 100 people painting at the same time.
Paintvine hosts corporate events across London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Leeds, Bristol, Bath, Brighton, Norwich, Cambridge, Oxford, Nottingham, Northampton, Sheffield, York, Cardiff, Newport, Exeter, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Belfast. Events can take place at selected partner venues, offices or another suitable venue arranged by the client.
Yes. Paintvine can bring a private paint and sip event to your office or workplace, provided there is enough suitable space for the group. Tables, chairs, access arrangements and the availability of water should be confirmed before the event.
Yes. Corporate groups can choose from Paintvine’s collection of painting designs. Depending on the requirements, Paintvine can also discuss brand-inspired colours, collaborative paintings, seasonal themes or bespoke artwork for the event. Extra fees for custom paintings will be quoted.
Paintvine’s private events are priced per person, with a minimum booking of 13 guests. The final quote may also include VAT, travel, venue hire or additional staffing depending on the location and group size. Contact Paintvine with your date, location and estimated number of guests for an accurate quote.
When you are ready to book, please click start planning and we’ll send over a quote for your private event. We’ll be in touch ahead of your event to confirm the painting you’d like to create. If you’d like to paint a custom design, please let us know at least one week before the event. On the day, we recommend guests arrive 15 minutes early to pop on an apron, and get settled before the session begins. Plan to take your painting home at the end of the event, unless otherwise arranged with the venue.
